"The best tool in my designer toolbox is without a doubt my iPad Pro with Concepts. I have not used a piece of paper to design in over two years, and the ability to be able to create something quickly and add images, color, client logos, figures and my own logos is just amazing."

Retail Designers

Which Devices Are Right for Your Team?
We built Concepts for tablets, as we believe the best way to think is by sketching, scribbling, note-taking and mark-marking with a stylus directly on a screen - after all, humans have been thinking this way for millennia. A mouse doesn't cut it. Even a separate tablet from the screen is a compromise.
The best way to use Concepts is by drawing directly on a screen. The good news is there are many great choices these days, and even the lower-cost devices work incredibly well. We have some recommendations in our hardware guide.
How to Deploy Concepts
The most common issue we hear is that IT teams are used to deploying software to Windows and don't have experience with iOS or Android devices.
For iOS, Apple has detailed guides on how to deploy to their devices.
Google has documentation on how to deploy to Android devices. And specifically for Samsung's tablets, they have additional solutions that you can learn more about.
Alternatively, if Windows is the only path there are some great tablets available from Microsoft too.
Pricing
When your team uses different tools, you’re speaking different languages. This lack of a shared understanding causes miscommunications, wasted time and frustration. This time waste really adds up. Concepts is an investment in a more efficient future.
The best value option for smaller businesses is to choose our Self-Service option, this offers standard billing options and full access to the Concepts toolset. Compared to consumer app store purchases, Self-service has the following benefits:
A company can purchase as many licenses as needed with a single purchase. Unlike consumer app stores, your employees save time not having to buy themselves a license and expense the fees at each renewal.
Licenses can be added as needed at any time during the license term and will be billed pro-rata.
When your company's needs change, you can re-assign licenses between employees at any time with our easy-to-use self-service dashboard. Consumer app stores do not allow purchases to be re-assigned.
For teams with complex requirements, our Enterprise plan provides a tailored experience. We offer flexible options, including alternate billing, security audits and a dedicated account manager to ensure your success. Set up a call to explore how we can support your business.

Integrations
Your Concepts’ drawings are stored locally on your device. If you’d like all of your work backed up or shared between other devices, you might want to set up cloud storage. Depending on the platform you are using, Concepts integrates with a variety of cloud services that support syncing and backup.
Security & Privacy
Concepts is privacy-focused and adheres to strong industry standards. Your drawings belong to your team. By default drawings are stored locally on your device so you are in control. We then offer choices for how to set up and sync drawings with platform standard cloud solutions. Drawings are never stored on Concepts servers.
Security is a core part of our development process and is considered at every step. We've been audited by some of the largest companies in the world. We pay for periodic third-party assessments to review our systems. On top of that, whenever we send a release to Apple, Google or Microsoft for publishing in their stores they assess them for viruses and known issues.
